Best Time for Learning

Learning is most efficient when the brain is in acquisition mode, generally between 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and then again from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Night owls beware: think twice before pulling an all-nighter. The lowest learning valley occur between 4.00 am and 7.00 am. There is no one "best" time of day to study. Just like each student has a unique learning style, different students may learn better at different times of the day. For some students, focusing on school work is easier during the morning hours of the day while others may find that studying at night works better for them. I find that given a school start time, students learn more in the morning that later in the school day. Having a morning instead of afternoon math or English class increases a student's GPA by 0.072 (0.006) and 0.032 (0.006), respectively. A study those who are awake late in night are more sharp people. In my opinion study in the morning because at that time we are more active and fresh. But studying between 11pm - 3am has no problem as there are less distractions. But it is always recommended: Study in the morning time is better.

Study Every Day: Establish a daily routine where you study in one place a minimum of 4-5 hours each day. There are different kinds and "levels" of study discussed below. What is important is that study becomes the centerpiece of your day and the continuous elements in your work week. "We have people talk about toppers study day and night. As far as Ritish is concerned. we've never seen him wake up early nor have we seen him study late in the night. But we are glad he;s managed to excel," she says, relief enchancing the glow of pride on her face. This is how I de-stress", he said. A study by the university of westminster found that people who make up early (between 5.20am and 7.20am) have higher levels of a stress hormone that those who have a leisurely morning, but a dawn wake-up is also when most CEOs jump out of bed. Any earlier and it's really impossible to justify it as the morning.

For most students, according to the research of Dunn (1993), that time is mid-morning- about 11am. A significant number of students, however, are morning people. And there are evening people, as well. This study suggests that students tend to be more productive in the morning than they are in the afternoon, especially in math. The afternoon hours are when friends and classmates are most likely to be free to meet up and study together. The added social element makes such sessions more fun. Sometimes life calls and we don't get enough sleep. But five hours of sleep out of a 24 hours day isn't enough, especially in the long term. According to a 2018 study of more than 10,000 people, the body's ability to function declines if sleep isn't in the seven-to eight-hour range. The window of 10pm to 4pm mostly correlates with a major part of the circadian rhythm of sleep for most individuals. This window can be anywhere ten in the night to eight or nine next morning. Hence following that can your sleep as well as allow the circadian rhythm to function properly.

Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise, Yes if you want study after 2am that's very nice things because 2am to 2.45am is jiva / Amrit (immortal) muhurta which is also very auspicious as compared to brahma muhrta so wake up and enjoy the silence. The consensus among universities is that for every hour spent in class, students should spend approximately 2-3 hours studying. So, for example, if your course is three hours long two days per week, you should be studying 12-18 hours for that class per week. Around 1-2 hours per day. Rule of thumb: 2 hours of study per 1 hour of class: if going full time (12 hours), that equals 24 hours of studying per week, And don't forget your part-time or full time job, That could easily add up to more than 40 hours a week. Learning is most effective when the brain is in acquistion mode, generally between 10:00 am to 2.00 pm and then again from 4.00 pm to 10.00 pm. Nights owls beware: think twice before pulling an all-nighter.

A lack of consistent sleep each night is known to cause serious productivity problems, so waking up at 4 am to get a jump on your day does not make sense. It's all in the neuroscience. Those who make sleep a priority tend to have a higher return on productivity. On top of your normal work day, waking up at 4 am will give you extra time when your mind is the most relaxed and active to pursue your dream. You should at least find that you have an extra three hours per day that are now much more pro-ductive and focused. Don;t tell me you don't have time because you do. Aim to get to bed  8-9 hours before your wake up time. Most 18-25 years olds need 7-9 hours of sleep, says Nowakowski. To give yourself a shot at reaching this goal, Nowakowaski recommends trying to go to bed 8 or 9 hours before your wake up time. But there's one caveat: Don't go to bed if you're not tired.
