Mahatma Gandhi: The Great Leader

 Mahatma Gandhi was born on 2 October 1869. Mahatma Gandhi was the leader of India's non-violent independence movement against British rule in South Africa who advocated for the civil rights of Indians. Born in Porbandar, India, Gandhi studied law and organized boycotts against British institution in peaceful forms of civil disobedience.


 
Mahatma Gandhi was an empowering leader no because he empowered all Indians on a salt march to corrupt the British economic system. Since he was pioneer of satyagraha, he also inspired all Indian to understand and learn resistance through non-violent civil disobedience. Father of Nation is Mahatma Gandhi, his full name is Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi. He was conferred by Mahatma which means great soul and this name was given by his great friend Rabindranath Tagore. Gandhi was born at Porbandar in Gujarat in October 2nd, 1869.

Mahatma Gandhi is our Hero because he is brave. He is brave because he fought for independence in India and never gave up. He believed in non-violence and peaceful protests to promote change. He continued to fight for India's independence from Great Britain. Commemoration, Gandhi Jayanti is celebrated on 2 October. It is one of the official declared national holidays of India, observed in all of its states and territories.

Raychandbhai by his living contact; Tolstoy by his book, "The kingdom of God is within you" and Ruskin by his "Unto This Last". Besides these three personalities, Gopal Krishna Gokhale and the Gita and the Bible were life long source of inspiration for Gandhi. Mahatma Gandhi's USP was his non-violence pledge and thoughts. He was able to mobilize millions of Indians, but never incited them to become violent. The true leader will always shun violence, and adopt non-violent ways to achieve the goals. The main reason why people are inspired by Gandhi ji is his philosophy of non-violence. He used non-violence to free India from British. His manner of dressing shows shows us his unwillingness to use foreign products. He always told the people to do their work on their own without depending on others. 

Truth, right way of living, non-violence, respect for elders, freedom and striving for it are some of his most important qualities. We love him and we want yo follow his ideals.

On 8 August 1942 at the All-India Congress Committee session in Bombay, Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi launched the "Quit India" movement. The next day, Gandhi, Nehru and many others leaders of the Indian National Congress were arrested by the British Government. Like Gandhi, role models are inspiration to others. A role model is someone you admire and try to imitate. In words, an individual who is looked up to and revered by someone else. Mahatma Gandhi is a role model because he is inspiration to others and is admired and imitated by others.

 Mahatma Gandhi was born on 2nd 1869, in Porbandar, Gujarat. His father Karamchand Uttamchand Gandhi served as a Diwan (Chief Minister) of the state of Porbander. As a child, Gandhiji was very playful and restless. 

Mohandas Gandhi was famous for organizing Natal (South Africa) India Congress. He also help people by raising Indian Ambulance Crops for British in Boer War. Gandhi was a well respected man throughout his country and the entire world. He was and will always be famous for his great bravery and great heart. 

This main reason why people are inspired by Gandhiji is his philosophy of non-violence. He used non-violence to free India from British. His manner of dressing shows us his unwillingness to use foreign products. He always told the people to do their work on their own without depending on others. Mahatma Gandhi played a pivotal role in the freedom struggle of India. His non violent ways and peaceful methods were the foundation for gaining independence from the British. Gandhi took his time to grow and develop his techniques to ensure that his actions made an impact. 

New Delhi May 21: After reports surfaced that the Indian Railway Board will mark the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti as a "Vegetarian day" the Indian Railways on Monday clarified that no such move was made and non-vegetarian food will also be served to the passengers.  

Students sing a song based on the truth and non violence message of Bapu. They recite poems and present their own sight on the Gandhain Philosophy. Small Children celebrate this event by dressing up same as the Gandhi ji as well as performing the nationalistic songs. 

Mahatma Gandhi is considered unique because of his insistence on non-violent resistance to injustice, which, in his case included both his own personal trails and tribulations as a person of color in south Africa and, later, as a leader of India's independence movement. He was the Martyr of the Nation since 1948. Rabindranath Tagore gave him the title of "Mahatma Gandhi" was one of the most important people involved in the movement for the independence of India. He was a non-violent activist, who led the independence movement through a non-violent protest. Gandhi purpose was to fight for the freedom of India from Great Britain Using non-violence. He also wanted to advance the idea of satyagraha, or passive resistance to help oppressed people. His non-violent resistance helped end British rule in India and has influenced modern civil disobedience movements across the globe. Widely referred to as Mahatma, meaning great soul or saint in Sanskrit, Gandhi helped India reach independence through a philosophy of non-violent non-cooperation.
